Celebrated on 5 OctoberThe workers' and peasants' militia began searching for and capturing people who committed criminal offenses at the dawn of the emergence of the Country of Soviets.
On October 5, 1918, to combat banditry, the Board of the People's Commissariat of Internal Affairs of the RSFSR decided to create an operational service called "Tsentrorozysk".
