Holidays of Russia - Birthday of children's television in Russia

On January 18, 1963, the heads of central television broadcasting created the Main Editorial Board of Programs for Children. It is not surprising that this significant date is still considered the birthday of children's television in Russia. As is known, not only to specialists, but also to ordinary parents, children’s television programs really play an important role in the development and upbringing of children.
