Teacher's Day among the residents of Lebanon is considered one of the most favorite public holidays, rightly enjoying honor and respect. It is noteworthy that the event begins to be celebrated on March 3 and is celebrated throughout the week. The culmination of the celebration falls on March 9. A teacher belongs to the category of the most complex, humane, sincere and sought-after professions, since the calling of every teacher is to create and improve a person. In addition, representatives of the teaching profession have an incredible charge of energy. It is expressed not only in the regular search for a new information base, but also in the free transfer of one’s own knowledge and experience to students who need it. The same qualities are characteristic of Lebanese teachers. Using their example of great patience and love, they inspire schoolchildren to do good deeds and do the right thing. A single colloquium is observed in all local educational institutions. March 9 is a day off. On this day, children do not go to school, so the day before they congratulate teachers and organize special matinees with mandatory tea drinking and tasty treats. Teaching is one of the most revered professions in the country, so on this day children and adults express their respect and gratitude to teachers. Local residents begin attending school from the age of six. On the territory of the state there are not only government institutions that provide free education, but also private institutions for which you must pay to visit. All schools are supervised by the central bureau of education, which sets up programs common to all schools and monitors that they are adhered to. From an early age, Lebanese children learn not only their national language (Arabic), but also English and French (at the end of primary school, one of these two languages ​​becomes the main language for mastering mathematics and natural sciences). Institutions use both domestic and foreign education schemes. For this reason, a sufficient number of teachers who come from other countries work in the state.
