Holidays 6 september
Psychologists call the habit of putting off doing important things until later the term “procrastination.” This phenomenon can greatly complicate life, leading a person to chronic stress, causing discontent and anger among others. September 6 is the Day to Fight Procrastination - the pathological habit of delaying completing tasks or making decisions until the last minute. Laziness is inherent to most people to one degree or another. Not all assignments and responsibilities are accepted, so the desire to complete them later is understandable. However, constant postponement of matters related to work, study or other areas of activity should not become the norm, leading to an emergency rhythm of life. Trying to do everything previously planned in one fell swoop and at the very last moment leads to internal tension, psychological discomfort and the development of feelings of guilt. When a person is lazy or takes a break from work, he replenishes his energy reserves. The procratinator, on the contrary, loses it, constantly experiencing anxiety and negative emotions. There are many reasons for the appearance of this phenomenon: • fear of important events and changes in life; • inability to set priorities (what is important and what is secondary); • lack of planning skills; • the idea fixed in the brain that everything is done at the last moment quickly and efficiently; • perfectionism; • inability to make decisions; • lack of internal motivation; • fear of failure or, conversely, of achieving success. Procrastination irritates both the boss of the careless worker, negatively affecting labor productivity, and the teacher who supervises the scientific activities of the graduate student. A person who puts off everything until later cannot be relied upon, so family members, friends and acquaintances are often dissatisfied with him. A negative habit can greatly ruin your life - procrastinators have low salaries compared to other people, they get sick more often and experience psychological problems due to constant worries. Overcoming yourself is the right way out of this situation. Putting off tasks until later is often due to the fact that a person has no interest in work or study. Therefore, to increase motivation, you should change your field of activity. The slogan of the Anti-Procrastination Day is DO IT! (“Do it!”) To maintain a positive attitude, psychologists recommend starting to reward yourself for success - small but daily victories over a bad habit. The main thing in the fight against procrastination is planning: you need to learn to break things down into categories according to importance and urgency. While performing them, you should exclude distractions - put your phone on silent mode, close the window if noise is coming from the street. Some people need to achieve inner balance (for example, through meditation) to successfully start work, others need to have a snack. Psychologists recommend combining business with pleasure - watching a movie with walking on a treadmill, playing music while cleaning the house. Success is achievable if all of the listed methods are adopted and not postponed until later. You don't have to wait until Monday to start your life anew or start fighting procrastination. For a successful start on the path to overcoming bad habits, September 6 is the perfect day to combat procrastination.

Therefore, Global Talent Acquisition Day is celebrated by managers from the field of HRM - human resource management. The search for young talents in the USSR was carried out by coaches of sports schools and sections, assistant film directors and vocal teachers. From 1969 to 1973, the program “Hello, we are looking for talent!” was broadcast on Soviet television. The winners and participants of the competition became real pop stars. Thanks to the program, the general public learned about the musical group "Yalla", the group "Zodchie" and other performers. By analogy with the TV program, talent search competitions were held in schools and universities, in which creatively gifted young people won. The program “What? Where? When?”, aired in the fall of 1975, became a real outlet for scholars and intellectuals. Soviet nuclear physicists, research institute engineers, philologists, journalists and representatives of other professions took part in V. Voroshilov’s author’s program and received the status of experts. The TV game allowed them to demonstrate their intelligence and depth of knowledge on many issues. In the 90s The music competition "Morning Star" was very popular. The TV show discovered talented classical music performers and gave pop singers and dancers a start in life. The musical project "Star Factory" brought P. Gagarina, N. Podolskaya and Timati, the groups "Korni" and "Silver" to the stage. Today, Russian television shows shows, most of which are filmed based on international franchises: “The Voice”, “Exactly the Same”, “Best of All!”, “You’re Super!”, “Minute of Fame”, etc. People take part in them both accomplished masters and those who decided to demonstrate their talent and realize their dreams, despite age, limited physical capabilities and other difficulties. Jury members and show mentors pay attention to the creative abilities of the participants and help them in their professional development. Global Talent Search Day calls for reference to the experience of past years in finding gifted and promising people in need of support and encouragement. The prosperity and well-being of society depends on the extent to which its members have revealed themselves as individuals - they have been able to make their dreams come true, demonstrate the gift they received from birth and realize their creative potential.

On September 6, people celebrate the day of Eutyches the Quiet. This holiday corresponds to the Christian day of memory of the Apostle Eutyches. The holy martyr lived in the 1st century in the city of Sebastia in Palestine. Having learned that John the Theologian was explaining the essence of the new faith in his speeches, the inquisitive Eutyches decided to find him and listen to his sermons. Imbued with Christianity, Eutyches, together with the apostles John and Paul, went to many cities. For his love of God, the man was appointed bishop. Eutyches humbly endured the torment inflicted on him by the pagans. He was starved, thrown into flames and torn to pieces by wild animals, and his body was planed with iron. One day the martyr was thrown to be devoured by a lion. Approaching the passion-bearer, the enraged animal spoke in a human voice and began to praise the Lord. Eutyches was executed by beheading in his hometown. After his death, they began to call him an apostle, although he was not one of the apostles of the seventy. On September 6 there is usually calm weather, so this day is popularly called Eutychius the Quiet. Good weather is very important for peasants, since it is at this time that flax ripens. A strong wind can damage the flax bolls, and then the crop will become unusable. With Eutyches, the time for women's gatherings began in the villages. Unmarried girls and widows gathered in one hut. There, women did handicrafts, shared secrets, sang and told fairy tales. On Eutyches the Quiet, adult women performed a ritual to attract wealth and good luck to the family. To do this, they took a jug of holy water and went to the nearest forest. There they collected two dozen fallen leaves and put them in a jug. Arriving home, they laid out the leaves on the table. Candles were lit near them and special words were read. The dried and charmed leaves had to be spread throughout the house. On the last day of autumn, the leaves were collected and buried under the tree. On Eutyches it was not allowed to walk idly in the forest. It was believed that on this day evil spirits roam the forests and can spin random people they meet. It was also not recommended to watch the sunrise. Otherwise, you could invite trouble on yourself. On September 6, people monitored the weather: • The oak gave a rich harvest of acorns - expect a harsh winter. • Rain on Eutyches foreshadows a dry autumn. • Rainy, cloudy weather promises a glorious harvest next year.
Sooner or later, any, even the most powerful and influential empires collapse. But in world practice there is also such a phenomenon as the unification of states, regions and regions. It is in September that the Bulgarian people celebrate, in fact, the most significant date in the entire history of this prosperous region - the reunification of Southern and Northern Bulgaria. This event truly inspired all residents of the country without exception. After all, for a long time they were under the brutal oppression of the Ottoman Empire, which terrorized half of Europe for centuries. But thanks to Russia, which defeated the Ottoman armadas, Bulgaria was able to annex numerous territories inhabited by indigenous Bulgarians. According to the Berlin agreements, Bulgaria was essentially fragmented into three significant parts: the Principality of Bulgaria (capital Sofia), the region of Macedonia and Eastern Rumelia (with the center of Plovdiv). The most difficult situation was for the Bulgarians who lived and worked in Rumelia. For a long time they obeyed local laws and traditions, but everything comes to an end. Patience may sooner or later run out, and this is what happened in these territories. Organized and fairly large detachments of partisans began to form, which through their actions led to a large-scale uprising throughout Eastern Rumelia. Everything burned and collapsed, and as a result, the indigenous Bulgarians were able to achieve their goals - unification with the Bulgarian Principality. Despite the important fact that this is a truly significant event in the entire history of Bulgaria, it is not celebrated on a very large scale. Of course, the overwhelming majority of local media are happy to publish congratulatory opuses and articles on their pages. Also, thematic holiday events are held throughout the country, the main goal of which is to show all the power and will to win of the Bulgarian people. On such a solemn day, the appearance of the political elite in different areas and corners of the country is not excluded. Fiery and mind-stirring speeches are made that can instantly lift the spirits of all Bulgarians without exception.
