Day of Polite People in Russia
Celebrated on 7 OctoberThe Crimean Peninsula returned to Russia in 2014.
The seizure of strategically important objects in February and March of this year was carried out by people wearing masks and military camouflage without identification marks. They also ensured the safety of the population of the peninsula during the voting in the referendum on joining the Russian Federation. Blogger Boris Rogozhin, on his page on LiveJournal, was the first to describe the participants in this historic event as polite people.
